It can damage the heart , brain ,eyes , kidney,feet and nerves. Diabetes can be prevented ,treated,beaten by simple changes.Exercising more and ditching bad habits like alcohol and tobacco use. It sounds like a lot.But it‚s actually quiet simple,doable. Let‚s start with our diet. We need to reduce the amount of sugar in our diet.Reduce the amount of alcohol we drink and reduce the amount of fired fatty foods we eat .It‚s important to know what‚s good for us and bad for us.We simply need to eat at the right time. Eat smaller portions and healthy foods. The next change is choose to drink water over sugary drinks and alcohol.We also need to be more active . Did you know that people who walk at least 30 minutes a day , 5 times a week are less likely to get diabetes than those who are sedentary.
